One of the common problem areas especially for those who work in an office, is the thoracic spine. Prolonged sitting or standing in a slouched position usually cause stiffness and pain to the middle part of the back.
Fortunately there is corrective stretching that you can do to help increase flexibility, mobility and decrease the amount of soreness in your thoracic spine. This is done through the use of thoracic foam roller, and we call this Thoracic Foam Rolling.
